How do you perceive your music choice?
Here's a helpful link to help guide you to your music choice.
Yes, that's Keith Richards.
The focus of this challenge is on planned improvisation while maintaining the theme of this year's show.
For this level, performers will draw 1 slip from 2 jars of dirt. The first jar will contain three songs on separate slips, the performers will know what songs are on the slips ahead of time. The second jar will contain multiple slips, each with an emotion/action. There will be a dead man's chest, filled with booty, if you wish to utilize the contents.
The performer will draw from each jar prior to the start of the show, providing them a little time to "plan" what they will do and an opportunity to plunder the booty.
I've got a jar of dirt! I've got a jar of dirt! And guess what's inside it?
The focus of this challenge is on UNplanned improvisation while maintaining the theme of this year's show.
For this level, performers will also draw 1 slip from 2 jars of dirt. The first jar will contain three songs on separate slips, the performers will know what songs are on the slips ahead of time. The second jar will contain multiple slips, each with an emotion/action. There will also be a dead man's chest, filled with booty, for the plundering.
The performer will also draw from each jar. The difference here is that the drawings will occur in the spotlight, on deck, with no planning, and the performer must utilize a treasure they discover in the dead man's chest.
Will you be able to conjure up a miraculous escape, or will you have to walk the plank?
